This coffee brewing kitchenware was needed to rank for customers and retailers to resell their products. The focus was to include coffee shops, coffee brewing companies and manufacturers of coffee products. It obtained first page rankings for each of its primary key phrases in the SERPs. In addition it was having sluggish loading times for their webpages with speeds taking between 8-19 seconds to load each page.

The client wanted to keep the same look and feel but remove themselves from the WordPress platform since they rarely updated the website. We had to recreating the entire code and then remove all of the unnecessary code related to WordPress and its plugins and themes that was slowing down the load times. This website before we made our changes was very slow and was created in WordPress with over 20 CSS files and 86 JS files, 95 code warnings.

The final design was created in php as we kept the look and feel intact. The speed improved once we removed all of the issues related to the slow loading. Overall the website is much faster and easier to update without all of the security holes related with WordPress and its plugins. After we made our coding, images, javascript and Lighthouse changes the website was much faster and now had only 1 CSS file and 3 JS files with 0 coding errors and 0 code warnings.

The client wanted to preserve the original look and feel of the site but move away from the WordPress platform, as they rarely updated the content and found the system overly complex. We rebuilt the site from the ground up, recreating the entire codebase while eliminating all unnecessary WordPress-related scripts, plugins, and theme files that were bogging down performance. Prior to our updates, the site was running slowly with over 20 CSS files, 86 JavaScript files, and 95 code warnings. After the rebuild, the site was leaner, faster, and much easier to maintain.

The final version of the website was developed in PHP, maintaining the original look and feel while significantly improving performance. By removing the factors that had previously caused slow loading times—including unnecessary scripts and bloated assets—we delivered a much faster, more efficient site. The new build is also easier to manage and more secure, free from the vulnerabilities often associated with WordPress plugins. Following our updates to the code, images, JavaScript, and Lighthouse optimizations, the site now runs with just 1 CSS file and 3 JS files—completely free of coding errors and warnings.
